Lemon Custard Dessert-1 tin condense milk, 100ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 60ml custurd powder, 500ml milk, 3 tablespoon sugar,1 packet tennis biscuits. On stove top:Boil 450ml milk. Add in sugar. Mix 50ml milk with custard powder until smooth. Add to milk mixture. Custard must be slightly thick. Seperately beat condence(+-5 minutues) add in lemon juice beat another 5 minutues until well mixed. Layer in dish tennis biscuits,then condence mixture, another layer biscuits and top with custard. Decorate with flake and strawberrys. Enjoy!!!I didnt hve strawberries so I grated chocolate.and I felt 100ml lemon juice was too much so I used 50ml.....jazaklh to yasmin Jeewa for lovely recipe.
