INGREDIENTS
3 extra large eggs
1 ½ cup castor sugar
½ cup oil
1 cup plain yoghurt
½ cup poppy seeds
1 cup coconut
1 cup self raising flour
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Whisk together eggs and castor sugar.
Add in the oil and yoghurt and beat
well.
Add in the poppy seeds, coconut and
self
raising flour.
Bake either in two baking tins or one
large pyrex dish for 35 minutes
