RECIPE
5 cups flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 packet yeast
Quater cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 and quater cup boiling water
1 and quater cup cold milk
Mix dry ingredients together..
Add wet ingredients..
Mix well and knead to form a soft pliable dough
Allow to rise
Knock down and roll into plate size rounds
Cut each round into 8
Place a spoonful of filling at the top end.
Roll tightly.place on greased tray..brush with egg..sprinkle with parsley..allow to rise..bake at 180 till golden
STEAK FILLING

200g steak cut in cubes
Marinate in
2 tablespoon sourmilk
2 tablespoon mayonaise
Salt
Pepper
2 teaspoon steak and chops spice
1 teaspoon bbq spice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cook till done
In a pan saute one sliced onion with little whole Jeeru (Cumin) and chopped color peppers.add to cooked steak
Then add
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon ground tomato
Cook till thick
