Buy ready wraps 1 kg rump or sirlion steak marinade in : oil 1 teaspoon garlic 1 /2 teaspoon crushed garlic ½ teaspoon ginger ½ teaspoon green masala 1 teaspoon red masala 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon robertson bbq spice meat tenderize salt to taste worcester sause 1 teaspoon vineger 1 tablespoon mayo 1 tablespoon steers hot peri peri sauce 1 tablespoon steers bbq sauce ½ teaspoon mustard sauce
sauce for the wraps 2 tablespoon may 4 tablespoon steers bbq sauce 3 tablespoon steers peri-peri sauce
leave steak whole , wash steak then marinade in all the above mentioned ingredients , set aside leave overnight or marinade for 3 to 4 hours . grill in your indoor open griller until tender , base your steak nicely with the leftover marinade , everytime you turn steak so that it wil stay juicy.
