RECIPE
5 cups flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 packet yeast
Quater cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 and quater cup boiling water
1 and quater cup cold milk
Mix dry ingredients together..
Add wet ingredients..
Mix well and knead to form a soft pliable dough
Allow to rise
Knock down and seperate dough into equal sized balls..roll balls into small circles..place filling on half of the dough..sprinkle with cheese..place on greased tray..fork edges to seal..brush with egg..sprinkle with parsley..allow to rise..bake at 180 till golden
FILLING

½ kg chicken fillet cut into cubes
½ cup plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
3 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon garam masala
Salt
Red chillie powder to taste
Pinch haldi
Combine all together and cook,until chicken tender and done...then add ½ tub fresh cream,simmer until sauce thickens...
*I halved dough
