Almond shortbread dunkers ☕

250 g butter
½ cup icing sugar
½ cup mazeina
¾ cup chopped almonds
Flour according to dough make a soft dough +/- 2 cups
Method cream buter and icing sugar till white add mazeina and almonds add flour and mix to form a soft dough pat into 3 greased round pans fork ends and centre bake at 160 deg for 20/ 25 minutes til light pink cut into wedges sprinkle castor sugar and serve with tea ☕
