3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 onion sliced Braise till golden brown
Add 1 cup of mix veg Half chopped green pepper 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon garlic flakes 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon innapamans garlic & herb spice 1 teaspoon innapamans rosemary & olive seasoning 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoon green masala 1 teaspoon mix herbs
Stir fry veggies with spices until soft. Add water if necessary. When done add 1 fresh cream & give a quick boil. Remove from stove & add ½ cup granted cheese & mix till cheese has melted. Pour over pasta mix well . Serve hot . This pasta goes well with any saucy chicken , steak or fish dish .
