250g butter ¾ cup castor sugar 2 tablespoon oil ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 ½ cup coconut 2 tablespoon coco ± 2 ½ cups flour grated peppermint choc
1. Cream butter & sugar until light & creamy. 2. Add oil & beat. 3. Mix in the dry ingredients & enough flour to form a soft dough . 4. Use floured hands to roll teaspoonsful of mixture into balls. place balls on baking trays. Press around them with a fork . 5. Bake at 180 for about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top while hot.
