Inspired by all the custard sojee recipes

RECIPE

1 cup cup taystee wheat1 cup sugar (according to your taste)½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)1 Cinnamon stick2 ElachieBraise the above on low till a pale colour Then add 2 cups boiled kettle water
Make a paste with 2 tablespoon custard powder and water and add to above
Let cook till all water is evaporated 

Then whisk the following together and add to above½ cup milk½ cup ultra mel custard 1 egg 2 teaspoon Elachie powder
Once done pour ultramel over and serve
Decorate with colour badaam
*yellow colouring can be added
