RECIPE
500g kingklip /hake
2 tablespoon maziena
2 tablespoon fresh cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon crushed chillies
1 teaspoon garlic paste
¼ cup lemon juice
Flour for coating
2 tablespoon roasted almonds
Lemon butter sauce:
60g butter
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Method:
Cut wash and drain fish.
Make a paste with:
Maziena, salt, pepper, cream, chillies, garlic and lemon juice.
Marinade ± 2 hours
Dip fish in flour, fry in hot oil.
Before serving, put fish into an oven proof dish pour lemon butter sauce over fish. Bake ± 10 minutes on 180°c.
Garnish with almonds and greens.
