INGREDIENTS
500g Unripe figs Chopped top bit off Soak and washBoil figs for 15 minutesDrain, Boil for another 15mins. DrainChop/slice the figs .Keep on the side.
METHOD
Syrup 1½ water + 3cups brown Sugar, 1 Cinnamon stick , few Cloves, drop of rose water and lemon juice. Boil for 10 minutes then add the chopped figs, stir and leave to cook on medium until figs are soft and done.
