INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut in quarters or what ever pieces your family desire .
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chili paste
1 teaspoon gorimas orange spice
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon crushed red chili
2 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon steers garlic sauce
2 tablespoon steers hot peri sauce
2 tablespoon veri peri sauce mild
1 small lemon freshly squeeze
add alt after tasting coz spices are salty
marinade atleast 1 hour , the longer the better .
sauce :
100g butter
1 teaspoon crushed garlic ( do not ommit )
2 tablespoon nandos garlic peri sauce
2 tablespoon veri peri sauce mild
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
½ lemon squeezed
Bring to boil add 1 tablespoon yogurt if necessary( if you find it too tangy )
METHOD
In a large pot or pan add some butter and cook chicken until done or steam half way and grill on an indoor griller by basting oil .
before serving simmer the sauce , plate the chicken and pour sauce over .
I served with potato bake and homemade rolls
