1 chicken (disjointed) OR 1kg fillets Marinate chicken with the fillowing: 2 teaspoon crushed garlic, 1 and half teaspoon crushed jeera, 1 tablespoon crushed chillies (Not chilli powder), salt,1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) (4 tablespoon) with a little crushed garlic When chicken is almost done, pour over the following sauce: (make the sauce and keep aside before you start cooking the chicken) 1 fresh cream, 1 tin coconut milk OR half tin coconut cream,2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce,Egg yellow for colouring Can also add garlic chilli sauce. Cook on low till sauce thickens a bit. Garish with chopped danya. Serve with garlic naan or roti
