INGREDIENTS
10 prawns shelled and deveined
Aminahs seafood marinade
Lemon juice
Portugese sauce
1 sachet tomato paste
Pepper
Garlic
Ground green chillies
Fresh cream
Coconut powder
Tagliatelle pasta
METHOD
Marinate 10 prawns in aminahs seafood marinade, portugese sauce, lemon juice, 1 sachet tomato paste, pepper, garlic, ground green chillies. Fry prawns then add 1 cup fresh cream and 1 teaspoon coconut powder. (Add little mazeina mixed in milk to thicken)
Also after the prawns are cooked cut each prawn into 3.
Boil tagliatelle pasta. Then mix in the sauce. Adjust salt. Sprinkle parsley
INFO & TIPS
NB. If you don't have coconut powder then instead of 1 cup fresh cream use half a cup of fresh cream + half cup of coconut cream or a small tin.
