Simple Sorjee

RECIPE

125g butter
1 cup taystee wheat
Braise together then add 1 cup boiling water
In a bowl beat together:
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
A pinch of egg yellow colouring
1 tablespoon custard powder mixed in little milk
Add to braised sorjee
And cook or steam in oven till thickens
