INGREDIENTS
1 tin condensed milk
3 tins milk
1 egg
5 tablespoon maziena
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
15ml butter
Tennis biscuits
Cinnamon
METHOD
1. In a pot bring the tin of condensed milk and 3 tins of milk to boil.
2. In the same condensed milk tin mix an egg with vanilla essence, maziena &. Top mixture with milk.
3. Add egg mix to milk in pot on stove.
4. Add butter and stir continuously to prevent lumps.
5. When mixture starts to thicken and boil remove from stove.
6. Line a dish of mini foul cups with whole tennis biscuits.
7. Pour over the milk mixture.
8. Sprinkle with cinnamon, allow to cool and then refrigerate for 4-6 hour's.
