INGREDIENTS
1 cup ghee (Clarified butter)
1 cup caster sugar
¾ cup chana flour
½ teaspoon bicarbonate soda
Elaichi and nutmeg to preference
2. 5 cups to 3 cups plain flour
METHOD
Beat ghee (Clarified butter) and sugar together
Add Elaichi and nutmeg and bicarbonate soda
Add all the dry ingredients and mix well
Bake at 180 for approx 20 minutes
INFO & TIPS
You can decorate on top with slivered almonds or coloured balls before baking
