500g Mutton mince - wash & drained
1 large onion - grated
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 tablespoon ground almonds
Place all ingredients into a food processor. Proccess
Form into long kebaabs, Pierce through skewer.
Grill on the braai (bbq), or place on well greased oven tray uncovered and bake on 180 deg for 45 minutes until browned
Make a lemon butter sauce throw over kebaab once cooked.
Serve with Chips, mash or green salad
