Seekh kebaabs 1 kg beef mince washed and drained very well Add in:½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli garlic paste 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 2 teaspoon ground green chillies 2 teaspoon 6 gun grill spice 1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon bicarb 1 egg 🥚 ½ cup breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa all purpose blend 1 teaspoon black ⚫️ pepper½ cup oats½ cup chopped dhania (coriander)
