4 medium potatoes - peeled, cut into chips & fried, sprinkle with mochachos chips spice.
Make a white sauce with : 1¼ cup milk
1 tablespoon maziena(heaped) 1 cup mixed yellow & white gouda cheese. Throw over hot chips serve with grilled chicken /steak as side dish
