Dhal rice and beans

Boil 1 cup oil dhal, ¼ cup yellow and pink dhal, with ml bicarbonate soda Ajmo (Tymol seed) seeds and vinegar until soft. Set aside
1kg Mutton/lamb pieces, cook in pressure cooker for 15 minutes with ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon red masala 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
Braise 3 onions with ± 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and whole spices. Add Mutton with 1 heaped teaspoon dhana, 1 teaspoon level Jeeru (Cumin), ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric), ¼ teaspoon Soumph (Fennel) 1 teaspoon ginger garlic and red masala cook for 2 - 3 minutes then add 4 tomatoes liquidised cook for 45 minutes then add dhal.
Make vagaar with : 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter), 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin), ½ teaspoon mustard seeds, curry leaves, dhania (coriander) /mint Braise then add 1 teaspoon crushed garlic and add to above.
Beans: 300g green beans, 1 tablespoon coconut, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 whole red chilli, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Ajmo (Tymol seed) seeds, 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon garlic flakes Grind everything fine, then add 1 teaspoon sesame seeds add everything to beans cook until tender
