1⁄4 lb Butter [ Beat
1⁄2 cup Sugar [ together.
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
3 1⁄4 cups full cream Milk
2 Cinnamon sticks
1⁄4 lb Butter
Bring above to boil
then add :
3 large Eggs
1 cup Sugar
5 heaped tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
Beat butter and sugar. Then add all ingredients to beaten mixture and beat nicely.
Divide dough into parts and spread into pans.
Bake at 180 °C for 10-15 minutes or until done.
Bring milk to boil, then add remainder ingredients.Use a beater and beat continuously while boiling
Leave crust to cool.
Pour custard over.
When cold sprinkle cinnamon over.
Leave in fridge to chill and set.
