INGREDIENTS
Base:¼ lb Butter [ Beat½ cup Sugar [ together. 1 Egg2 cups Flour2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Filling:3 ¼ cups full cream Milk2 Cinnamon sticks¼ lb ButterBring above to boilthen add :3 large Eggs 1 cup Sugar5 heaped tablespoon maizena (corn flour)Vanilla Essence
METHOD
Base:
Beat butter and sugar. Then add all ingredients to beaten mixture and beat nicely.
Divide dough into parts and spread into pans.
Bake at 180 °C for 10-15 minutes or until done.
Filling:
Bring milk to boil, then add remainder ingredients.Use a beater and beat continuously while boiling
Leave crust to cool.
Pour custard over.
When cold sprinkle cinnamon over.
Leave in fridge to chill and set.
