Shortcrust pastry.Filling70g Butter70g Sugar90g Almonds powder.1 eggVanilla Essence4 or 5 fresh figsIcing sugar for dustingJam1 OR 2 tablespoon milk
Mix butter ,sugar, vanilla essence and egg until soft.
Add almond powder and milk ,mix well to make thick batter.
Roll pastry place in baking dish. Bake 180 for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, place slice figs on the pastry then pour the mixture.
Place quartered figs on top of mixture.
Bake in oven 170° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool ,Spread jam thinly decorate with chopped pistachios and dust icing sugar over.
SERVE WITH FRESH CREAM.🌹
