INGREDIENTS
Recipe credit: cookingandbakingcreations1 litre milk4 scoops vanilla ice cream 6 tablespoon klim powder½ cup sugar 3 tablespoon crushed almonds1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder ½ teaspoon green coloring
METHOD
1. Blend all ingredients together2. Pour in individual glasses3. Top with a scoop of ice- cream4. Sprinkle pistachios and crushed almonds
INFO & TIPS
Any milk powder can be used- i used Almarai milk powder
