250 grams soft butter 1 1⁄2 cups sugar Beat the above till light and fluffy Then add 4 eggs and vanilla essence and beat 2 ¾ cups flour 4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4cup sifted cocoa powder Lastly add 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon coffee dissolved in alittle hot water Add and mix together till well combined and a smooth batter is formed
bake cake on 180ºCup for 35 minutes For cupcakes bake for 10-15 minutes till done
For the ferrero part
*Place batter in cupcake pan Thereafter place 1 ferrero Thereafter put more batter and bake as normal
*Please note any chocolate cupcake recipe can be used for this.
When done and cooled make a buttercream frosting 250 grams butter 2 ½ cups icing sugar 4 tablespoon cocoa powder Half a bottle Nutella or more according to your taste
Pipe icing on cupcakes then drizzle Nutella over and put a ferrero in the middle
