INGREDIENTS
                      4 tablespoon black Chia seeds
½ cup lite coconut milk
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla 
1 tablespoon maple syrup or any sweetening of your choice
                    
METHOD
                      Mix above & leave in fridge overnight 
Give it a good mix then top with granola/ muesli, a few tablespoon  flavoured yoghurt. Put fruit & nuts mix. You can layer it in a Mason jar     to get a  beautiful serving.
