INGREDIENTS
Marinate chicken fillets with:
Plain yoghurt
Red masala
Salt
Red chilli powder
arad (Turmeric)
Garlic
Dhana jeeru (cumin)
Lemon juice
Paprika
Garam masala
Tandoori spice
METHOD
Make onion vagaar the add in the marinated chicken. Cook and when halfway done add 2 grated tomatoes, chopped peppers, 1 sachet tomato paste and 2 whole chillies. Let cook and serve with naan.
