Butter Chicken Biryani
3 chicken fillet cut in cube wash and drain
marinate wit
3 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
salt
crushed red chilies (I used fresh red chilies)
3 tablespoon yougurt
jerro and dhania (coriander) powder
tandoori masala
dry Methi (Fenugreek) leaves
lemon juice
red chilie
marinte for few hours
fry chicken cube and leave aside
chop few fresh garlic
chop 3onions
heat about 125 gm butter and tablespoon oil add garlic and fry for few minutes add chopped onion add whole jerro and saute tell golden brown add 4 grind tomatos and ¼ cup tin tomatoe cook few minutes add ginger garlic paste tandoori masala dhania (coriander) and jerro powder red chilies chopped green and red peppers ½ cup ground Almond and cashewnut
lili red colour salt lemon juice yogurt gram masala and dry Methi (Fenugreek) leaves cook for about 15min add fried chicken and fresh cream cook tell u see butter floating on top
lay rice in pot add mixturr lay fried potatoes chopped fresh dhania (coriander) mint chopped spring onions and fried onions and chopped green chilies and rest of rice spoin some ghee (Clarified butter) on top and fried onions cook for about 1hour
