1 kg chicken fillet
1 tablespoon garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon red chilli spice
1 tablespoon mochachos spice
1 teaspoon mochachos lemon and herb spice
1⁄2 lemon freshly squeezed
2 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon preo sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chicken spice
salt to taste
WRAP ROTI :
2 cups flours
1 tablespoon oil ( I used olive )
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
To Assemble :
slice of cheese
mochachos sauce / prego sauce
slit the fillet thin like 3 thin pieces from 1 fillet .
in a pot or bowl add all the ingredients mix add chicken fillet and marinade for 1 hour .
add a blob butter and cook until almost done .
using your indoor griller place fillets and grill until smokey .
( if you do not have an indoor griller do not cook in a pot add the fillets on a oven try cook fully and grill further )
add all the ingredients and make a soft dough cover and allow to rest for atleast 10 to 15 minutes .
make small balls and roll our .
on a tawa only cook for about few seconds both sides . yo do not want to brown them like roti .
mix 1 cup miracle whip with 1⁄4 cup sauce .
spread on all the wrappers ( if you do not like it strong do not add sauce in miracle whip ) just spread miracle whip .
add the grilled fillets add all the toppings . pour sauce .
fold over add some oil or butter on tawa and crisp them slightly
