1 cup very finely chopped purple cabbage 1 carrot finely chopped 2 potatoes boiled and mashed handful spring onion handful dhania (coriander) 1 teaspoon black pepper 3 tablespoon corn flour ½ teaspoon chinese salt ( optional ) 1 teaspoon soya sauce .
dipping sauce : 2 garlic cloves freshly crushed or grated crushed red chillies 3 tablespoon soya sauce 3 tablespoon tomao sauce 1 teaspoon chil auce 1 tablespoon vinegar
in a bowl add all the ingredients and combine .
in a pan add very little oil and fry until brown .
sauce : add everything to a bowl mix and serve
