Boil half packet spaghetti allow to cool . keep aside
Boil 6 potatoes mash it add salt butter & little milk .
Boil 3 eggs. clean & slit in half
2 cans tuna
5 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2 onions grated
1 teaspoon jeera
2 teaspoon mix masala
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon crushed dhana
2 teaspoon red garlic & ginger masala
6 grated tomatoes
1 sachet tomatoe paste
few whole green chillies
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot. Sauté onions with jeera until soft. Add mix masala & braise for a few seconds. Add grated tomatoes & rest of spices. Cook until all water has evaporated. Add drained tuna, curry leaves & green chillies & cook until oil comes to the surface. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander)
In a Pyrex layer the tuna mixture. Place the boiled eggs in between. Cover with boiled spaghetti. Spread mash over evenly & top with cheese. Sprinkle with mixed dried herbs & bake till cheese has melted.
