Wash and drain fishMake a paste with ingrediants marked (*)Marinate fish for a whileDip fish in self raising flour and fry In hot shallow oil, just to brown on both sides.Place fish in oven proof dish.Pour lemon butter sauce over, bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 180 deg C.Serve with chips and coleslaw.
