Peel & cut potatoes in to wedges.
Add some yellow coloring to potatoes .Coat well. Fry in deep oil on medium heat till done. Remove & dry on paper towel. Sprinkle with Aromat (a South African Spice) naturally tasty spice. Garnish with dried parsley & blobs of butter. Serve as side dish to any meal.
