Saucy fillets

Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem

6 fillets washed & drained

In pot add
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon mustard sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chilli sauce
Sprinkle some
Chicken spice
Peri peri Aromat (a South African Spice)
Lemon pepper
Garlic salt
Red chilli powder

Mix. Add in fillets. Cook till done adding water as necessary.
I served with smash.
