INGREDIENTS
125g Margarine or Butter
½ Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
3 tablespoon Oil
2 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) Powder
1 Cup Klim
3 tablespoon Maziena
Flour as required
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in egg, vanilla essence and oil. Mix well. Then add in dry ingredients except flour. Mix till combined. Add flour ½ cup at a time to form a soft dough. Roll out small portions at a time about 1cm thick and cut into desired shapes. Decorate with coloured almonds and bake for 15 minutes at 170 deg.
INFO & TIPS
Biscuit will be slightly soft when removed from oven.
As it stands it will harden.
