Make onion vagaar in oil/ghee (Clarified butter) along with 3 peppercorns, cinnamon stick and cloves then add in 1kg mutton mince with 1 teaspoon rough salt and ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) and let cook on medium heat with water.
When ¾ way done add 1 grated tomato and 1 teaspoon red chillies, dhana jeeru (cumin) and red ginger garlic masala. When cooked, mix in about 1-2 tablespoon tomato sauce. Lay half the mince in a casserole dish, top with boiled spaghetti, mince again and spaghetti again. Top with a thick layer of mash. Scratch the mash with a fork to make a ridge pattern then sprinkle parsley.
