Ingredients: 500g vanilla golden cloud muffin mix 2 eggs 100ml oil 1 cup water 1 tub cream cheese 1 ½ cups icing sugar 60g butter 2 teaspoon vanilla essence ½ packet oreos (crushed) Mini oreos
Beat cream cheese smooth, leave aside Beat butter and icing sugar together. Add vanilla and beat. Add in cream cheese and beat. Add in crushed oreos and mix in.
Beat eggs, water, oil and muffin mix. Spoon into cupcake liners till ¾ full. Bake for 15min. Allow to cool. Spoon frosting into piping bag or use a spoon. Pipe or spoon onto cupcakes, decorate with mini oreo. Store extra frosting in airtight container in freezer.
