Twister Wraps
Wrap
2 cups cake flour..... 1 teaspoon sugar...... 1tbs oil.... 1 teaspoon yeast.... 1 tabs margarine... and half teapoon salt....
Method: kneed with warm water, and leave 4r 2 hours to rise.
Roll out round rotis & bake.
Cut your chicken fillet in long thick strips & marinate in:
1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 3tbs lemon juice, 1 teaspoon bhirko, ½ teaspoon garlic, ½ teaspoon nandos garlic sauce, & ½ teaspoon each of any other 2 nandos sauces in the fridge. Leave for a few hours.
Then dip in egg & bread crumbs (I mix my crumbs with Tropics fry mix from Uk)
& fry the fillets.
Coleslaw Salad
2-3tbs Mayo
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar (or more)
Adjust 2 taste
Add in grated carrots, cabbage & sweet corn.
Sauce:
2tbs mayo
1tbs ketchup
½ teaspoon chilli powder.
In your wraps:
Apply sauce like butter
Add in fried strips
Coleslaw
Cheese
& a few chips (4-6)
Roll up your wrap & Enjoy
