INGREDIENTS
Drop scones
90g butter
2 cups flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk or Sour Milk
METHOD
Method:
-rub dry ingredients and butter until it resembles bread crumbs
-beat the buttermilk and egg, add to above mixture. Mix well
- drops large tablespoon full into greased muffin pans.
- brush tops with egg
- bake @ 180 till tops r golden brown.
