RECIPE

2 eggs ¾ cup sugar 1 cup yoghurt 1 teaspoon vanilla essence2 tablespoon melted butter 2 cups flour 2 teaspoon baking powder
Method 1. Beat eggs on high speed. 2. Slowly add one ingredient at a time. 3. Beat till well blended. 4. Drop spoonful of batter into deep medium hot oil.5.  Roll whilst hot in cinnamon sugar or in syrup and coconut.
