Peel 3 potatoes cut in 4 wedges fry in hot oil. Remove and spice with any choice of spices. I use aromat or aromatic spice.

If u using any other fish marinate fish with some fish spice crushed garlic lemon pepper lemon juice some (crushed green chillies optional) and dry parsley. Lay marinated fish in a greased ovenproof dish. Placed fried wedges in between fish. Cut Slices of tomatoe rings. Cover with a nice amount of onion rings and sprinkle some crushed black. Cut slices of butter and arrange over onions. Sprinkle chopped dhania (coriander) over cover with foil and bake @ 180 until done. Serve with rolls.
