Cheesy Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS

Any leftover chicken filling
Mini tortillas
Sour cream
Grated white cheddar cheese
Sliced jalapeño
Sliced cherry tomatoes
Chopped avocado
Chopped peppadews

METHOD

Spread sour cream on each tortilla and spoon the chicken filling over, spreading right till the edges. Sprinkle the cheese and top with the other ingredients and put another tortilla over to close it. Spread garlic butter and toast on a hot pan.
