RECIPE
Boil Casava (with salt) till soft & slightly Mushy.Reserve the water.Cut the Casava in cubes.
Boil Sweet potato till done (not too soft), peel & cut cubes.
In a pot add about ¼ cup oil, 1 tablespoon of pure coconut oil.Add in 1 big chopped onion, 2 Tajj, 5 whole black peppers & ¼ teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin). Fry.Now add 5 tablespoon Pasatta (2-3 med tomatoes). ¾ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon Hayder, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin), ½ teaspoon dhana & ½ teaspoon chutney.Now add the chicken, & 1 cup of the reserved Casava water. OPTIONALOnce ½ cooked add the veggies starting with :1 cup carrots, ½ cup peas1 cup green beans½ cup sweet corn 2 cups of the cubed Casava.Lastly add in the sweet potatoes ( 1 cup) & 1 big onion cut in thick slices.
Once veggies are done add ½ tin coconut milk & garnish with coriander.

You can add red beans, whole corn, baby corn & other veggies too
