Boil Casava (with salt) till soft & slightly Mushy.
Reserve the water.
Cut the Casava in cubes.
Boil Sweet potato till done (not too soft), peel & cut cubes.
In a pot add about 1⁄4 cup oil, 1 tablespoon of pure coconut oil.
Add in 1 big chopped onion, 2 Tajj, 5 whole black peppers & 1⁄4 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin). Fry.
Now add 5 tablespoon Pasatta (2-3 med tomatoes). 3⁄4 teaspoon salt, 1⁄2 teaspoon Hayder, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin), 1⁄2 teaspoon dhana & 1⁄2 teaspoon chutney.
*Now add the chicken, & 1 cup of the reserved Casava water. * OPTIONAL
Once 1⁄2 cooked add the veggies starting with :
1 cup carrots,
1⁄2 cup peas
1 cup green beans
1⁄2 cup sweet corn
2 cups of the cubed Casava.
Lastly add in the sweet potatoes ( 1 cup) & 1 big onion cut in thick slices.
Once veggies are done add 1⁄2 tin coconut milk & garnish with coriander.

You can add red beans, whole corn, baby corn & other veggies too
