INGREDIENTS
250 grm butter
6 tablespoon sugar
half cup maizena (corn flour)
1-2 teaspoon v.essence
3 tablespoon oil
1-2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups flour
METHOD
Beat butter and sugar till creamy,add
oil,maizena (corn flour) and essence and beat well.Add
nuts.Make sticky dough with flour,dont
add more cos balls will crack.Roll into
balls,bake 180 till done,switch oven off
to crisp,dont make too pink.Roll in
castor sugar whilst warm.
