10 jalapeños, slit and remove seeds
1 tub cream cheese
2 eggs beaten
1 cup cornflake crumbs (season with salt, Aromat (a South African Spice) and pepper)
Fill jalapeños with cream cheese, freeze until hard about 30 minutes. Dip in egg then crumbs, repeat this step again. Freeze again until ready to fry. Fry in hot oil golden brown.
