1 tin (400ml) coconut milk /cream ¾ cup sugar 1 big pineapple, clean and cut 500ml water 30 ice cubes
Add coconut milk and sugar in a saucepan bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool completly. Add water and pineapple into a blender with ½ cup sugar, blend and strain in a jug Add the coconut mixture, pineapple juice and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
