RECIPE
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
Beat till fluffy
1 ½ cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
Sift tog
½ cup oil
½ cup cold water
Mix in a cup
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and fold lightly..when almost mixed add water/oil mixture..use a light hand..place in cup cake cases..bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes
2 tubs fresh cream
2 tablespoon icing sugar
Beat till almost stiff then add 1 tin caramel treat and beat till stiff
Pipe ontop of cuppies
Caramelize sugar..drizzle over back of spoons..cool and remove..place on cuppie and deco with crunchie etc
