Calisto's T-Bone
Marinate 1 kg t bone with 2 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon najmahs chilli paste crushed green chillies lemon juice olive oil 2 teaspoon salt ΒΌ teaspoon huldi 2 teaspoon crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon lemon pepper black pepper 1 tab vinegar 1 tab callistos table peri peri add ghee (Clarified butter) and cook steaks for half an hour till done brown well
Sauce
2 tab mayonaisse garlic butter lemon juice 3 tab callistos gold label portugese peri peri 2 tab callistos medium peri peri 1 teaspoon crushed red chillie heat garlic butter add remaining ingredients and boil for 5 minutes place t bone on platter spoon sauce over garnish with chopped shallot red and green chilli serve with nacho fries ππΆπ Yasmin Tar
