RECIPE

Peel potatoes & cut
Fry chips until done
Remove from oil put in a bowl
& cover with lid allowing to stand & steam for 5 minutes
Season chips with Aromat (a South African Spice), chilli powder & Robertson's Aromatic Roast potatoe spice. Spary lots of vinegar over chips. Toss well
Layer chips in a Pyrex cover with lotsa mozzarella cheese & grill till cheese melts. Garnish with spring onions or chopped dhania (coriander) & some dried parsley . Serve hot.
