INGREDIENTS
Peel potatoes & cutFry chips until doneRemove from oil put in a bowl& cover with lid allowing to stand & steam for 5 minutesSeason chips with Aromat (a South African Spice), chilli powder & Robertson's Aromatic Roast potatoe spice. Spary lots of vinegar over chips. Toss wellLayer chips in a Pyrex cover with lotsa mozzarella cheese & grill till cheese melts. Garnish with spring onions or chopped dhania (coriander) & some dried parsley .
METHOD
Serve hot.
