RECIPE

Rainbow crumpets

1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
3 teaspoon b.powder
2 teaspoon  melted ghee (Clarified butter)
4 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon v.ess

Mix well then divide 4 or 5 bowls. Colour with liquid or gel colours of your choice. Use spray& cook on a flat pan & drop spoonfuls oder different colours on med heat. Stack alternate colours & decorate as desired. Enjoy@
